Northampton TRG_An update from Shenaz Bagshaw

Our shared passion and enthusiasm has quickly turned into commitment and determination as we have developed our RfP practice over the course of the sessions.  Evidence based research has informed and guided our ideas and practice every step of the way. I am so excited to see how the sustained and meaningful RfP development work is going to impact on the children, communities and families across our schools.

Being part of a group of professionals passionate about developing children’s life chances through RfP has given us, not only an infectious passion, but also an essential growing knowledge of childrens literature. We have already seen the impact of this in all our schools.

We are looking forward to sharing our development work in a celebratory session with head teachers, governors and senior leaders, as well as adding these to the website by the end of the academic year.
